The SBDI Toolkit: A Community Resource for Reducing School-Based Arrests

Connecticut’s School Based Diversion Initiative (SBDI) is an interagency partnership between Court Support Services Division of the Judicial Branch, Department of Children and Families, State Department of Education, and Child Health and Development Institute. The SBDI Toolkit provides a step-by-step guide for implementing prevention strategies and action steps that schools can implement to effectively prevent and manage emotional-behavioral crises among students.
