Raising Awareness of Mental Health

May is Mental Health Month. This national observance raises awareness of the importance of mental health for people of all ages and in all walks of life. This year’s emphasis is recognizing symptoms and intervening early—before symptoms become more severe and recovery more lengthy—when conditions are easier and less costly to treat.
